    Dear Sir,
    This has reference to above mentioned subject work,we would like to inform you that
    during the site visit it is decided that the slope at the parking edges shall be 1:2 below
    bituminous layer to avoid the collapse of top layer of parking area. Also for other plant roads it
    is decided to maintain a 1:2 slope at edges below shoulder top to avoid the collapse of top
    layer. We are directed to work as decided and the measurement of the same shall be done
    accordingly and certified accordingly.
