ORAL ORDER

This is an application filed by advocate for plaintiff 
for   issuance   of   fresh   writ   of   summons.     Heard   the   ld. 
advocate for the plaintiff.  She submitted that the writ of 
summons  has not been served  upon the defendants as 
the   report   is   not   traceable   in   the   office   of   Sheriff   of 
Mumbai.

2. In such circumstances, it will be just and proper to 
allow   the   plaintiff   to   get   fresh   writ   of   summons   for   its 
emergent service.  Hence, the order.
ORDER
(1)        Application at Exh.3 is allowed.

(2) Issue fresh writ of summons against  
the defendant.

(3) Plaintiff to take emergent steps for its 
service.
