4. Business store details based on their service. A clear and beautiful representation of this
store can play a vital role in bringing customer attention
5. Clear description of facilities in the mall like ATM facilities, secure parking, and secure
environment.
6. Highlight upcoming events, programs, and deals. We can provide all this in the event
section.
7. About section- timeline, achievements, mission, vision, management team (if possible).
8. Contact section- location, maps, contact details.
9. Photo of the happy customers and different events.
10. Business store well-structured details and photos of stores from inside the store if
possible 360 view images.
11. Advertise space booking facilities on the website.
12. Responsiveness.
13. Labim mall's website should give a premium vibe to its visitor online.
14. Customer support messaging feature like Facebook Messenger and Twak will be
integrated.
15. Newsletter subscription.
16. Tenants with their own account on Labim’s website to update the upcoming offers on
their store.
Website Development (Entirely new)
1. User interface will be designed and every page will be verified from Labim Mall’s
representative.
2. All the above mentioned features and functionalities will be fulfilled.
3. Addition of extra features will cost extra, depending upon the complexity of the feature.
4. Website will be build following all the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) guidelines.
5. Laravel framework will be used for backend and React.js and Tailwind CSS will be used for
frontend.

Budget and Time Estimation

NPR. 155,000 excluding VAT (Estimated Time: 1.5 months, will be considered on urgent basis)
Website Renovation
1. Remove Eating, Movies, Deals and Blogs from nav bar.
2. Add contact information for Marketing and Lease & Tennant on contact us page.
3. Events need to be updated from admin panel and auto disappear after a certain expiry date.
4. New images of every floors on directory pages
Budget and Time Estimation
NPR. 40,000 excluding VAT (Estimated Time: 10 working days, will be considered on urgent
basis)
