You may use this “Peer Evaluation” form to evaluate all members of your TEAM.

If you believe that some members of your team contributed very little to the group
work, you may fill in this form and e-mail it to your tutor.

However, there is no need to send this form to your tutor if you are happy with the
contribution of your Team Members in the group work.
