TOURISM INVITATION

Invitations can be made, nominally, for each foreign guest, the commercial companies with
tourist profile. In order to obtain the invitation, the guest must present the following documents
to the territorial formations of the General Inspectorate for Immigration:

- the founding documents of the legal person issuing the invitation;

- ascertaining certificate issued by the National Office of the Trade Register and, as the case
may be, the power of attorney from the company for the person designated to invite on its
behalf;
- the identity card (for Romanian citizens) or the residence permit (for foreign citizens) of the
authorized person, in original and copy;
- copy of the state border crossing document (passport, travel document, etc.) belonging to the
invited foreigner *;
- two 3 x 4 cm photos of the invited stranger;
- tax 1 leu, paid to the Treasury in account 20A3308008609468, representing the equivalent
value of the invitation form.

* the validity of the passport must exceed the validity of the visa by at least 3 months.
