Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be familiar with technologies such as EDR, PIM, DLP, MDM

• Must provide operation support across the above technologies
• Administrate & manage EDR solution
• Perform daily, weekly & monthly scheduled task for EDR tool
• Should be able to perform testing and assist clients for new business requirements
• Keep updated to the new enhancement on these technologies
• Managing Privileged Identity / Access Management (PIM/PAM), Authentication/Access and other Identity And Access
Management (IAM) security solutions across Providence. Experience in PIM tool upgradations
• Experience on Account operations like Add account, modify account, Delete account, Account Reconciliation of managed
account and password verification
• Work on Safe operation like create safe, delete safe and modify safe
• Compliance – Ensure all assets are enabled with DLP agents and are complaint to policies.
• Troubleshooting - Frontend troubleshooting of all L1 & L2 types of issues, ongoing updates, reporting, and other operational
BAU activities.
• Coordinate efforts and provide support for troubleshooting for internal teams and OEM
• Ensure change management is followed and right documentation is achieved
• Perform upgrades and respond to audit queries
• Must provide reports as required and analytics around the reports
• Ready to go an extra mile to achieve the goals and task assigned
• Should be good at presentation and analytics skills
• Understanding of basic Security architecture, Linux, MS Office
• Good communicational and drafting skills
• Feasible to work under rotational shifts
