Note: Save these contact numbers into your phones.

1. Orient every family member about the assigned tasks

whenever an earthquake happens.
2. Save contact numbers of local authority (Lutayan, SK) such as
BDRRMC, PNP and Barangay Health Center.
3. Check the divider and cabinets for possible damage that can
increase the risk of accidents.
1. DON'T PANIC!!! Calm other family members especially
children (Kyla Lacamento).
2. Execute the Duck, Cover and Hold. Use the dining table to
prevent the falling objects from falling into your head.
3. Get away from unstable objects like the divider and cabinets.
4. Do the following individually assigned tasks:
a. Papa and Mama- Check for family members if they are safe
and facilitate to safely bring all the family members to safety.
b. Me- Turn off both LPG tank and Main Switch
5. Wait until the shaking stops then go to the open area in front
of the house.
1. Check whether there are family members that are injured.
2. Don't return inside the house, wait until the aftershocks end.
3. Look out for fallen objects and debris on the floor, keep the
doors open for possible aftershocks.
