Minutes of the 5th Regular Organizational Meeting

Computing Society of the Philippines (CSP)
March 13, 2023 – 11: 00 AM

l. PRELIMINARIES

A. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order by the CSP President, Rosalinda Rendon at exactly
11:00 in the morning of March 13, 2023 at the CSP Office of the College of
Computing Studies.

B. Determination of the Quorum

Thirteen (13) officers and six (6) committee were all present at the meeting. After
presenting the agenda and the inclusion of amending the existing constitution and
by-laws, on motion by Ms. Monica M. Ecat and duly seconded by Mr. Ren-Ren
Delmendo, having no objection, the officers approved thus:
