Article 1

Name

Section 1.01 The name of this Organization shall mean: “MAGDALENA MOVERS’, its successors and
assigns.

Article 11

Purpose/s

Section 2.01 The organization is organized for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning
of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. The specific purpose and
objectives of the Organization shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

A. To help the meager sick/ill people who are residence of Magdalena, Laguna in having
a zumba program which will voluntarily giving expenses to the people in need;

B. To recruit volunteer advocates;

C. To have a healthy and good lifestyle for all members and officers by attending the
regular zumba programs.

Membership

Article IV

Section 3.01 Membership is open to all who sympathize the organization’s purposes and programs,
regardless of race, creed, gender, sexual orientation, national origin and physical challenge.

Article V

The Officers

Section 4.01 The officers of the organization are a president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer,
auditor, p.r.o., business manager, and board member

Article VI

Meetings

Section 5.01 Regular meetings of the organization shall be held on the first Saturday of the month.
