Overview and references


Culvert design for King Street and Quay Street for the Kōpū Marine Precinct using Verification Method
E1/VM1 of NZ Building Code for 10% and 1% AEP events. NIWA HIRDS V4.0 is used to provide rainfall
intensity data. The culverts have been designed in accordance with TCDC Code of Practice - Section 6:
Stormwater and Land Drainage 6.3.1.4 and National Environmental Standard for Freshwater Section 70
Culverts.
