 Terms & Condition

Input & Output Will be provided by customer electrician

Zero feed device will be charge separately, if needed (It works on minimum two ampere per phase current of load)

Generator synchronization device will be charge separately, if required.

Load Balancing will be customer responsibility, if required or it will be charge separately.

For customized Structure requirement at site, structural charges will be charge speparately, as per design.

Customized structure design & prepared by customer then it's stength and durability will be customer responsibility.

Breifing and design requirement of customize structure to client/fabricator will be provide at once. After that company

will charge the per visit charges.

If customer install batteries as own choice, company will not be responsible of any fault and back up time of a battery.
Scope of Work (Not
Included)
Cables and Accessories Cost are calculated on nearly approximate basis, extra cable will be charge as per Actual

ON Grid system, in case of no zero feed device use, power will be limit as per the minimum per phase load requirement till net metering.

ON Grid Inverter always required a grid/utility/generator pulse for countinuity of a system, if grid/utility is not there then complete system will be shutdown. For
Generator, Generator synchronization device will be required.

Lodging and Boarding at site will be customer responsibility.

Change of name, if required, it will be customer responsibility
Increment of Sanction load, if required, it will be customer responsibility

Extra boring and earthing will be required for lightning arrestor, if building is higher than fifteen meter hight.

Procedural/Operational time will be depend upon the DISCO's & NEPRA.

Any additional Facilitation required to DISCO or NEPRA will be charge separately.

Company provide the service for net metering as per AEDB rule.
Company is not responsible of any delay or not issanance of license due to DISCO/NEPRA.

Payment Terms: As per Mutual Agreement
80% Advance, 15% at the time of delivery & 5% after installation and
commissioning

Service Level Agreement will be signed for Operation and Maintenance, if
required
2-Year Inverter Warranty, as per manufacturer terms and conditions.
12-Year Solar Panel manufacturing warranty , as per manufacturer terms
and conditions.
25-Year Solar Panel Warranty for Minimum 80% power output, as per
manufacturer terms and conditions.

 INSTALLATION AGREEMENT

As per our contract, the approved quotation is attached with the agreement. The system Inverter capacity will be 6KW and the type of
system will be ON Grid The installation will be started after the confirmation of advance payment. The quantity of equipment and
warranties will not the part of sun Energy except installation.
