assessed for competency.

CERTIFICATION

benefit from an IAOCWC Accredited Coaching Training Program at an affordable

 LEVEL 1
CERTIFICATION
Level 1 is the easier learning path that gives you a Udemy generated
certificate of completion with “Right of Use” to Accredited Session Guides.
 WHAT IS RIGHT OF USE?

■ As long as you remain a member of the course (no refund) you have right of use
permission to use our accredited session guides to coach clients only. Clients can
be individual clients, groups or work teams.
■ PLEASE NOTE: We (Louise Anne Maurice of Empowerment Coach Academy) own the
intellectual copyright to the session guides including the processes and material.
You do not have permission to re-sell or develop training, workshops, speaking
(including media appearances) or books based on our proprietary program and as
such is against copyright law. Therefore, only use the session guides as intended; to
coach clients or work teams.
 LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION

■ Step #1 - Watch 100% of the coursework lectures as fast or as slow as you want.
However, this must be completed first before starting on the Level 2 Certification.
■ Step #2 - Download all of the resources including the session guides. Keep reading
if you are unsure how to do that.
■ Step #3 - Download your Udemy generated certificate of completion. Read the FAQ
PDF if you are unsure how to do that.
 LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION

■ IMPORTANT: Udemy takes the name you have on your profile to produce the
certificate.
■ Make sure you have the correct spelling of your first name or given name and your
last name or family name.
■ Both of these are required if you are completing Level 2 Certification.

 LEVEL 2
CERTIFICATION
Level 2 is the full accreditation learning path that gives you
Certification from our Academy including a Coach Directory
Listing plus much more.
 WHAT IS ACCREDITATION?

■ There are 2 types of accreditation. The first is at the program level.

■ Our program is an accredited coaching training program which means we have gone
through an application and review process with the IAOCWC .
■ We went through this expense so that organizations throughout the world know the
high standards of our coaching training programs and therefore the high standards
of our coaching academy graduates.
 WHAT IS ACCREDITATION?

■ The second type of accreditation is at the student level.

■ As a student of our program you go through an accreditation process to use our
proprietary session guides with your coaching clients.
■ When you complete your hands-on coaching practicums, or what we call Level 2
fieldwork, the verification team reviews your completed hands-on coaching
practicums to assess your application and understanding of using our session
guides with your clients.
■ Upon successful assessment, you are certified by our coaching academy.
 3 STEP LEVEL 2 ACCREDITATION PROCESS
STEP #1- COMMITMENT
■ Same as Level 1 - Remain a member of the Program on Udemy longer than 35 days
from your first day of enrollment. You can not submit your Level 2 Hands-On
Coaching Fieldwork until day 36 or after.
STEP #2 - COURSEWORK
■ Same as Level 1 - Complete 100% of the coursework. You can do this as fast or as
slow as you want but the coursework needs to be 100% completed before you start
the fieldwork. You will know you have completed 100% of the lectures when you are
able to download the Udemy generated certificate of completion. Download the FAQ

 3 STEP LEVEL 2 ACCREDITATION PROCESS

STEP #3 – HANDS-ON COACHING PRACTICUM LEVEL 2 FIELDWORK

■ You must have a score of 5/5 on the Level 2 Self-Assessment (this lecture is toward
the end of the course) prior to submitting your completed Level 2 hands-on Coaching
fieldwork.
■ Use our easy fill-in-the-blank Level 2 Fieldwork Template available in 3 formats for
your convenience.
■ Follow the instructions on the Level 2 Fieldwork Template to ensure that your
submitted fieldwork is approved by the verification team.
 LEVEL 2 GRADUATION

■ IMPORTANT: Once you have a score of 5/5 on the self-assessment you can submit
your Level 2 Fieldwork.
■ It must be submitted and approved before the 29th day of the month to be eligible
for Graduation the following month.
■ Only one certification is approved and issued per course for each Udemy profile.
■ A record is kept on file.
