1.0 Purpose

The purpose of this Management Guidelines (MG) is to establish procedure to

provide instructions for safe driving in the basement.

2.0 Scope

This MG shall be applicable for in all buildings and facilities under DLF -RENTCO.

3.0 Definitions/ Abbreviations

4.0 Implementation Responsibility

Facility Management team shall be responsible to ensure implementation of this

MG.

5.0 Record

The various records shall be maintained at site as explained in this MG.

6.0 MG Renewable Process

The MG shall be reviewed and revised by the rules & Procedure Sub-committee as
necessary and at a minimum, not later than 3 years from the date of the last revision
based on the feedback from various sources.

7.0 GUIDELINES

For safe driving inside the basement/podium headlights of the vehicles

are required to be on. Signages defined are to be fixed at the appropriate
locations.

Signage to be displayed for the vehicles entering to the basement/podium

parking. ”SWITCH ON THE HEADLIGHT”

“HAVE YOU SWITCHED OFF YOUR CAR LIGHTS” is to be displayed at the entry
of the basement lift lobbies.

At various locations in basement display the signage “DRIVE WITH

HEADLIGHTS ON”

Signage for vehicles exiting the basement/podium “SWITCH OFF YOUR

HEADLIGHT DURING DAY TIME”

Other driving safety signage inside basement are “DO NOT OVERTAKE”,
“SPEED LIMIT-10”, “NO HONKING”.
