PROBLEM AND IT'S SETTING

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

This field is focused on social networking cite and social interaction. Social

networking is the use of internet-based social media platforms to get and stay

connected with friends, family, or peers. Social networking has largely become a

component of human connection as a result of the development and widespread

usage of the internet and cellphone.

The physical mental and spiritual health of people is impacted by their usage of

these social networking sites or the internet therefore of time effects of quality of

life generally effect of the grade 11 and grade 12 student on Masbate National

Comprehensive High School. This Study is important to the students on how they

interact to others in personal and awareness of using social networking sites and

how it will effect on their social interact and their academic performance This will

also allow the readers to know how those students feels without friends or lack of

confidence because they don't know how to interact with others and what are More

Time on the internet and social networking sites are prone to restrict physical

activity. However social media use can also negatively affect teens distracting their

sleep and exposing to bullying rumors spreading unrealistic view of other people's

and live. therefore social media has a positive impact on the students. This whole

Study is about the students who's using social networking sites and how it effect

on their social interact. One of the important cause and outcome for this study is
the effects of social networking on the academic performance of the students

specially the grade 11 and 12 students.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

This study aims to know the effects of the students interact using the social

networking sites. This study also aims to know the help of social networking sites

in the students under grade 11 to 12. In MNCHS This study will help the students

on how to use social networking sites to make their everyday life become easier.

This study sought to answer the following questions.

1. What is the socio-demographic profile of the respondent is terms of the

respondent in terms of.

A. Social networking sites used

B. Year(s) using social networking site

2. How could the respondents rate the benefits of using social networking sites to

this social interaction?

3. How would the respondent rate the effect of social networking site to the social

interaction of the grade 11 and grade 12 student?

4. What are the top suggestion to a healthy social interaction using social media
sites?
SCOPE AND DELIMITATION

This study was focused on the effects of social networking site and social

interaction of grade 11 and grade 12 student on Masbate National

Comprehensive High School Gas Strand the 50 participants of conducted survey

interview of the social networking site to the social interaction of the grade 11 and

grade 12 students. This study we collected when the class of grade 11 and 12 is

done and ready to go home.

SIGNIFICANT OF THE STUDY

STUDENTS: The students will able to learn the effects of social network sites on

their academic performance and their selves and how they interact to others the

benefits of social networks include their ability to help people connected and stay

in touch with their friends or family members.

PARENTS: They will have an idea on what they're children doing and what are

benefits of social network sites on their children social interaction.

SCHOOL: this study will help the school to improve students’ academic and

increase their knowledge using social media
