V. Course Description:
This course is designed to inform and to stimulate discussion on issues of ethics and social responsibility encountered in the
business setting. The materials covered are intended to allow students to recognize and manage ethical and social responsibility issues as
they arise, and to help them formulate their own standards of integrity and professionalism. The overall course objectives are to increase
the awareness on the ethical dimension of business conduct; to contribute insight into the professional standards and responsibilities of
business students in future careers; to develop analytical skills in identifying and resolving ethical and social responsibility issues in
business; and practice making decision connected to ethical responsibility issuers in a business environment.

Program Educational Objectives:


A graduate of a business administration degree should be able to:
1. Analyze the business environment for strategic direction

3. Innovate business ideas based on emerging industry
4. Manage a strategic business unit for economic sustainability

Course General Objectives:


At the of this course, students are expected to:
1. Develop their skill in processing governance through gaining knowledge on the modern principles of leadership and management.
2. Increase awareness on issues that need to be addressed in social and political environment.
3. Contribute insight and awareness into the professional standards and responsibility of students in their future careers.
4. Develop analytical thinking in identifying and resolving issues on the state pursuing good governance principles.
5. Equip students with the vision and mission of the school through integrating them in different learning areas
