 When I look for a company to work for, I value three things: innovation, impact, and culture.
 I want to be part of an organization that is constantly creating new solutions for the world's

 I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which are essential for this job.

 My long-term employment or career objective is to become a Design Manager in a reputable


company.
 I want to apply my skills and knowledge to develop innovative and user-friendly solutions that can
make a positive impact on society.
 I also want to keep learning new technologies and methodologies that can help me grow as a
professional and a leader in my field.

* What kind of job do you see yourself holding five years from now?

 I see myself working in a role that challenges me and helps me grow professionally.

learning new things.

* What do you feel you need to develop in terms of skill & knowledge to be ready for that
opportunity?

 I would like to develop my skills in power system analysis and Revit.


 As a Design professional, I believe that these skills are essential for making informed decisions
about bidding and cost analysis.
 I have some experience with using tools like E-tap and Auto cad, but I would like to learn more
advanced techniques and best practices for presenting data clearly and compellingly.

 The most influential person in my life regarding my career objectives was my mentor,
Mr.Narendra Maurya.
 He taught me the skills and values that I needed to succeed in my field.
 He also encouraged me to pursue my passions and goals with dedication and perseverance

* What would you most like to accomplish if you had this job?

 If I had this job, I would most like to accomplish two things: first, to deliver high-quality work that
meets the expectations and needs of the clients and the company; and second, to learn new skills
and grow professionally in a supportive and collaborative environment.

* What might make you leave this job?

 Many factors could influence my decision to leave this job, such as personal growth, career
development, work-life balance, and compensation.
 However, I am currently very satisfied with my role and the opportunities it offers me. I enjoy
working with my colleagues and clients, and I appreciate the support and feedback I receive from
my manager.
 I would only consider leaving this job if there was a significant change in the company's vision,
culture, or values that no longer aligned with my professional goals and expectations.

 One of my greatest achievements to date is completing my degree in Electrical and electronics.


 I consider this an achievement because it required a lot of hard work, dedication, and
perseverance.
 I had to balance my studies with my part-time job and family responsibilities and overcome many
challenges along the way.
 I learned a lot from this experience and gained valuable skills that I can apply in my future career.

* What things give you the greatest satisfaction at work?

 One of the things that gives me the greatest satisfaction at work is seeing the positive impact of
my work on others.
 I enjoy collaborating with my colleagues and clients to find creative solutions to their challenges
and needs.
 I also appreciate the opportunities to learn new skills and grow professionally in my role. I find
these aspects of my work very rewarding and motivating.

* What things frustrate you the most? How do you usually cope with them?

 One of the things that frustrates me the most is when I encounter a problem that I cannot solve
easily.
 I usually cope with it by taking a break, asking for help, or trying a different approach.
 I think it is important to be resilient and persistent in the face of challenges.

 I would describe myself as a thoughtful and analytical person. I like to weigh the pros and cons of
different options before making a decision.
 For example, when I had to choose a college major, I researched various fields of study, talked to
professors and students, and considered my interests and goals. I did not rush into a choice based
on popularity or pressure.

* What was your most difficult decision in the last six months? What made it difficult?

 My most difficult decision in the last six months was to leave my previous job and join a new
company.

 I had been working as an Assistant Manager for an Adani Group company for three years and I
enjoyed promoting their design and Execution.
 However, I also wanted to pursue my personal and professional goals of becoming a project
manager.
 I applied for a position at a small but innovative company that offered me more responsibilities
and opportunities to learn new skills.
 It was difficult to leave behind my colleagues and my comfort zone, but I decided to take the risk
and accept the offer.

* The last time you did not know what decision to make, what did you do?

 I asked for advice from someone I trusted, who had experience in a similar situation. I listened to
their perspective and considered their feedback. Then I made a decision based on my judgment.

* How do you go about making an important decision affecting your career?

 Make a decision and take action. Choose the option that seems best for you and commit to it.
Follow through with the necessary steps and actions. Monitor your progress and results.
