Full Stack Web Engineer

A company is Japan leading digital company that provides one-stop seamless solution by
integrating information, marketing, and financial technology. Mostly services are focused on
five core technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Security, XR and Bio
Health. A company is creating a global platform which is used to lead designers and
engineers and driven by design, data, and technology.
A Japanese company is looking for Pakistan engineers to work remotely. They mainly work
in outsourcing projects and own software products for their business. For their software
products and outsourcing business, we are looking for independent full-stack web developers
to work remotely.

What We're Looking For

You are looking to challenge yourself by joining a small team and will be comfortable
becoming the independent full stack web engineer that the rest of the team can rely upon. In
your downtime, you would be eager to pick up new skills and participate in developing our
product alongside the rest of the team. As a Full stack Web Engineer, you will be responsible
to develop and maintain web system both frontend and backend to follow the requirements
of the client.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Full stack Web Engineer in companies.

• Have experience to develop Web Service itself without no support
at least small service
(specification/requirement/business understanding/frontend dev/backend dev/cloud
architect/database design/API design)
• Have experience to design Database by yourself to understand
requirements/specification.
• Have experience in both RDS and NoSQL.
• Have experience and knowledge in PHP or Java or Python or Node.js or .NET for
backend.
• Have experience and knowledge in React or Vue or Angular or other frontend
framework.
• Have experience and knowledge to develop web systems under public cloud (GCP or
AWS, Azure)
 • Have experience and knowledge in testing.
• Have experience and knowledge in waterfall or agile process.
• Have attitude to work together with cooperation / teamwork.
• Could work with members to have good communication.
• Have big motivation/interest to study Japanese.
• Have a highly FLEXIBILITY attitude/personality to challenge/learn/change new
technology (programming language / framework/public cloud/development process/)
that you have not experienced before.
• Have a high attitude to Output/Delivery with quickly and regularly.

Preferred Skills (It is very good if you have)

• Good communication and language skills by Japanese

• Open source committer for famous technology/framework(OSS Committer)
• Have an experience to Create New Crypto Currency as like Bitcoin, Ethereum.
• Have an experience to have internship in Top/Famous Tech company
(Google/Amazon/Meta/Apple/Microsoft/IBM/DELL/Uber/Fintech Company/
Block Chain Company / Web3 Metaverse Company)
• Have experience for White Hat Hacker (detect security issue voluntarily for
preventing business damage.)
• Have an expert skill to use Web3 Metaverse Technology (WebRTC / Web
Transport / Unreal Engine etc)
• Have much skill of AI (Data Analysis/Data Science/Machine Learning/Deep
Learning)
