JOINT-AFFIDAVIT

That WE, RONADEL P. TAN and CERANE V. ALIS, of legal age,

single and married, Filipinos and a resident of Brgy. Mudboron,
Alangalang, Leyte and Palo, Leyte, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law do hereby depose and say;

1. That we both personally know the late spouses MAMERTO B.

CABANGISAN and CORAZON V. VARONA;

2. That we likewise know for a fact that said spouses contracted

marriage sometime on February 04, 1961 under the rites of the Roman
Catholic Church at Alangalang, Leyte;

3. That due to excusable neglect, the above-mentioned certificate

was not registered in the Local Civil Registrar of Alangalang, Leyte;

4. Further verification showed negative results with the Philippine

Statistics Authority (PSA), Tacloban City as the above-mentioned
Marriage Certificate does not appear in the files of the said office;

5. That we are not in the way related with aforementioned persons

either by affinity of consanguinity and we are one of the witness on their
matrimony;

6. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth that

MAMERTO B. CABANGISAN was legally married CORAZON V. VARONA
and further to whatever purpose or legal intent it may serve.
