Silang Tagkawayan, Quezon with an area of One Hundred Two Thousand One Hundred Thirty-
Five (102,135sqm.) square meters. The Deed of Sale is recorded under Doc. No. 379, Page No.
76, Book No. II, Series of 2023, of Notary Public Atty. Adrian Donald L. Segui dated May 8, 2023.
