Business:
Responsible for delivering Quarter based and Annual business plans for the region.
Managing organizational sales at BG level by developing a business plan that covers sales,
revenue, and expense controls.
Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities with Government customers and
NGOs by acquiring new Customers.
Manage and ensure credit period and timely payments as per agreed timelines with the
Customers.
Explore the business opportunities of new avenues of existing customers of CSD and CPC
that includes direct dispatches from Factories to the Customers.
Execution:
Plan and promote the right product mix to optimise the gross margin.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders like finance, logistic, DP team for smooth running of
business.
Coordinate with category management team for ensuring timely activation.
Plan BTL activities for the end customers through renovation, shopper activation, sampling
of new launch products etc
Leadership:
Manage a team of Territory Sales Incharge, Sales Executives, Sales Promoters & Sales Boys.
Motivate, Guide & Mentor team to deliver desired business outputs.
Ensure clear career path for team members.
Hiring and training sales teams across region to keep up with sales goals.
Skills:
Customer Management:
Handle complex business situations and manage customers of Govt organization, Indian
army, State police etc.
Proper documentation with Customers considering the nature of Customers.
Build strong relationship with Customers.
