Thermulite™ Burner Tile

The John Zink Company, Thermbond Refractory Group, has developed a unique burner tile for flat
flame radiant wall furnace applications including naptha cracking, olefins, and reformer units. The tile
incorporates the unique physical properties of Thermbond® Refractory materials and the insulating
characteristics of ceramic fiber. The John Zink Thermulite tile has a dense refractory fireface to
withstand the most severe furnace operating conditions and an insulation back-up lining to provide the
thermal efficiencies required in modern furnaces.
