▪ Job profile ( PLANT WITH ARGON)

● Monitoring of pre-commissioning and commissioning as a shift engineer for 2 oxygen plants (2200 TPD
each).
● Successful commissioning of One units of air separation unit LINDE INDIA capacity of 2200 TPD. And one
is under commissioning which is having capacity of 2200 TPD.
● Successfully commissioned equipment such as centrifugal compressor, expansion turbine, adsorption unit,
distillation unit, cryogenic pumps and pre-commissioning activities such as pressure testing pipe cleaning and
flushing, blowing, perlite filling and cold test as per standard procedure.
● Logics and interlock checking of LINDE INDIA.
● Preparation of standard operating procedure for both plants.
● Identification of various troubleshooting related to operation of equipment such as compressors, distillation
column, cryogenic pump, expansion turbine, TSA adsorption and heat exchangers.
● Activities related to Safe and efficient operation of the plant/process plants in General/round the clock shifts
including necessary corrective action as the situation demands.
● Monitoring and analysis of plant parameters, performance etc.
● Preparation of records & reports of operational activities etc.

● Commissioning of 150 TONS LAR storage tank & back-up system.
● Commissioning of 3000 TONS LIN storage tank & back-up systems.
● Commissioning of 4000 TONS LOX storage tank & back-up system.
● Commissioning of two gas holders or buffer.
