1. Verbally:
In this major way of developing communication skills, verbally play an important role
for a professional communicator.
Verbal communication advances your career build credibility /trust impresses others

Example of verbal communication skills:
• Speaking clearly and concisely
• Using humor to engage audiences

How to improve verbal communication skills;

• Think before you speak- while someone is arising any questions about you,
while your answer is clear and think carefully about the arisen question. if you
feel rushed to answer, that feeling will get reflected in how you respond. If you
give the best response the audience will gain the impression that you considered
the best response before speaking.
• Practice your skills-now that you the various ways to improve verbal
communication skills, you must practice them. For example, by using or
limiting your gestures and maintaining a smile or friendly demeanor. When you

concisely.
• Speak with confidence- don’t be afraid in front of a group of people or any
strangers .when ever your in the position of giving lectures, or presenting some

the language of leadership.”
2. Non-verbally:
Non-verbal communication is the process of conveying information without the use of
words either written or spoken
Nonverbal communication is a powerful tool for connecting oneself with others and it
helps in expressing what one feels and means. Sometimes our facial expressions
gestures, eye contact, postures, and tone of voice can convey a louder better message
than our words.
How to improve non-verbal communication skills:
• Making Eye contact: Eye contact is what happens when two people look at
each other’s eyes at the same time this is a form of nonverbal communication
that humans use to communicate many forms of emotion. So, make eye
contact with the people while you listen.
• Good facial expression: the human faces use several expressions daily to
express various feelings and emotions like happiness, stress, sadness, fear,
surprise, and so on.
• Using good tone: we need to speak with the proper attitude in front of the
people depending upon their age. While we are speaking in front of the elders
we need to speak empathically and in a proper manner. when we present any
type of research paper we need to clarify the tone of our voice it to be high or

grammar in their native/professional language. The way to improve their grammar
skills is based on their interest and learning ability, even though they need to read the
books offend and start recognizing the errors in the reading content. While compared
with this competitive world talented graduates should have the best grammar skills.

communication skills. Have a daily goal in your day-to-day life for writing small daily
blogs and commit to writing three sentences per day this is small but after weeks and
months, suddenly you will notice that when sitting down to write, words come
quickly-you don’t have to think much about it anymore.
• FIND THE WRITING BUDDIE: if are finding the writer is too difficult you need to
check that the writing capability while compared to yourself should have the correct
and precise words to note down. the writing skill also defines the person that he good
or bad in the entire communication skill development methodology.

visualization we need to have a sense of expectation that what we are
seeing when we visualize, can, and will happen in our lives.
• have a regular visualization practice- like most things in life, the
more you practice your visualization technique, the more you will
experience the benefits. so try to make it a priority in your life by
setting aside 10 minutes each where we are at in our lives.
• interest to know about the topic-basically we implement the interest
to know or to learn anything if there is a lack of interest we can’t learn
about while if we are physically present and mentally absent we just
are present at the period.
