Ingredients
Water - 4 glasses
Corn - 1 pes (large size)
Cooking Oil- 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1tsp
Black Pepper Powder- 1 tsp
Chopped Green Chili - 2 pes
Water - 1/2 glass
Salt -1 tsp
Chopped Coriander - 1 tbsp
Boiled Corn - 2 tosp
Oregano - 1 tbsp
Mint Leaves & Boiled Corn

Procedure
Take a pan, add water, corn and boil it till corn
is soft. Once boiled, cool it, and grind itto a
thick paste.
Take another pan, add cooking oil, and heat it
Add cumin seeds, black pepper powder, and
chopped green chili. Saute for a minute.
Now add the corn paste to the pan with halfa
glass water. Mix well. Let the mixture simmer
for a minute.
Now add salt and mix well. Cook the mixture
again for a minute or two.
Sprinkle chopped coriander and boiled corn
Mix again. Keep the flame low here onwards.
Add oregano for flavor. Mix well and cook for 3
to 5 minutes.
Sweet corn soupis ready. Garnish it with mint
and boiled com. Serve hotIngredients

Garlic - 4-5 pcs (chopped)
Onion - 1 pes
(large) (chopped)
Mushroom - 100 gms (chopped)
Salt -1 tsp
Butter - 50 gms (melted)
All-Purpose Flour - 15 tbsp
Milk - 1 glass
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Oregano -1 tbsp
Procedure
« Heat butter in a pan. Saute onion &
garlic in it until they are aromatic.
Then add mushrooms to it. Saute for
1-2 minutes. Add salt to it and mix
again. Keep aside for later.
Now add melted butter to a heated
pan and also add all-purpose flour.
Cook until bubbles appear.
After that, add milk to it. Be careful
to not add chilled milk. Also, add
black pepper powder and oregano.
Mix everything.
Add the mushrooms mix into the
pan. Mix everything
