DIVISION OF DASMARIRAS FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR 2023-2024

1. The City Schools Division of Dasmarilias hereby announces the acceptance of


applications for the Teaching Positions in the Kindergarten, Elementary, Junior
High School, and Senior High School (SHS) Level for School Year 2023-2024.

2. This office strictly adheres to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity


thus, the recruitment is open to all interested and qualified applicants regardless

disability, religion, ethnicity, and political beliefs.

3. Furthermore, pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. DM-OUHROD-2023-0622 re:


Advance Information on the Allocation and Deployment of New Teaching
Positions from Kindergarten to Grade 12 and Alternative Learning System (ALS)
for School Year (SY) 2023-2024, the newly created positions of this office are as
follows:

5. Attached are the Civil Service Commission minimum Qualification Standards


(Annex A), for ready reference.

6. Interested applicants are REQUIRED to register using the link bit.ly/ 2023AppDB
and shall submit all applicable Basic Documentary Requirements as stated in
fully accomplished Annex C (Checklist of Requirements) in a properly labeled
long brown folder with ear tags per item and applicant's full name, to the
RECORDS UNIT (2nd floor, Building 3, Dasmarifias Integrated High School - Gate
3, Brgy. Burol I, Dasmarthas City, Cavite) AND the electronic scanned copy to
the email address atjobs.dasmarinas@deped.gov.ph on or before June 6, 2023:

a. Letter of intent addressed to the Head of Office or highest human resource


officer
b. Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) (CS Form No. 212), Revised
2017) and Work Experience Sheet, if applicable.
c. Photocopy of valid and updated PRC Licence/ ID, if applicable
d. Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility/ Report of Rating, if applicable
e. Photocopy of scholastic /academic record such as but not limited to
Transcripts of Records (TOR) and Diploma, including completion of graduates
and post-graduate units/degree, if available
f. Photocopy of Certificate/s of Training,if applicable
g. Photocopy of Certificate of Employment, Contract of Service or duly signed
Service Record, whichever is/are applicable
h. Photocopy of latest appointment, if applicable
i. Photocopy of latest Performance Ratings in the last rating period/ s covering
one (1) year performance prior to the deadline of submission, if applicable
j. Checklist of Requirements and Omnibus Srown Statement on the
Certification on the Authenticity and Veracity (CAV) of the documents
submitted and Data Privacy Consent Form (please see attached Annex C)

7. Applicants who failed to submit their mandatory documents (items a. to j.) on the
set deadline shall not be included in the pool of applicants. STRICTLY NO
ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS SHALL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DEADLINE.
However, non-submission of the non-mandatory documentary requirements
shall not warrant exclusion from the pool of applicants.

8. The applicants assume full responsibility and accountability for the


completeness, authenticity and veracity of the documents submitted, as
evidenced by the Omnibus Sworn Statement, duly signed by the applicant. Any
false and fraudulent document submitted shall be grounds for disqualification.
All original documents shall be available anytime for verification purposes.

9. Teacher-Applicants in Registry of Qualified Applicants (RQA) School Year 2022-


2023 who are not appointed to a permanent position including SHS teachers with
provisional appointment shall undergo the entire recruitment and selection
process.

However, due to the anticipated influx of applicants, the Division HRMPSB


recommends the designation of the selected school and division personnel to
compose the HRMPSB Sub-Committee/s as attached hereto (Annex B).

The HRMPSB Sub-Cominittee/s are instructed to facilitate the Demonstration


Teaching and Behavioral Events Interview (BEI) of the applicants in a venue that
will be identified by the assigned Chairperson. While appraisal of documents will
be done by the Regular Division HRMPSB simultaneously.
