salmon fried rice

First chop the spring onion and the coriander leaves together.

After put one table spoon of oil on the pan and heat it up slowly, add a slice of ginger to mix the oil
well.

Then prepare 5 table spoon of soy sauce in a measuring cup.

After add the salmon back side on the pan and increase the heat, use chopstick or any other tool to
move the salmon around so it won't stick to the pan too much.

Wait for 2-3 minutes and flip it over and fried it for around 1-2 minutes, after check the inside of the
salmon if it fully cooked or take a bit to check if it fully cooked.

Then leave the salmon aside, prepare some cooked rice and put it in a bowl, add 2 or 3 egg and mix
it well.

Get another pan and add some oil, and turn on the heat but not the maximum then put the well
mixed rice and some prawn into the pan and start cooking.

See if the rice turns more yellowish and touch the prawns if they are soft, if so, close the heat and
remove the rice into a bowl, after add the salmon on the pan so that it could remain warm.

In the end add the soy sauce to the rice and done.
