1. Write external and internal criticisms regarding the Raiders of the Sulu Sea and A Legacy of
Heroes: The Story of Bataan and Corregidor.

External criticism

- After watching the documentary, the film was comprehensive and objective and it served as and
eye opener of how the war really started and how the we fight back against oppressor.
However, I can say that work is genuine and unique but this film is not considered as primary
source since the film is not yet exist at time events occurred it only considered as secondary

Internal criticism

- The producer made the film well and it served as eye opener for everyone. However, there’s still
a lot questions for producer since it’s a movie there is a circumstance that the producers may
fabricate or add some information or scene that is not in the textbook.

External criticism

- The documentary is produced by department of national defense of the Philippines to remind us

the bravery and sacrifices made by heroic young Filipinos. I can say that the documentary is well
made and unique, I think that this can be considered as primary source it produces by our
government with cooperation of eyewitnesses

Internal criticism

- The film made to remind us that how the Filipino fought for the country and demonstrated
heroism and how the soldiers of the war showed their compassion, bravery, courage, unity, and
sacrifice. The film is well made by our government and with narration of eyewitness. I can say
that the producers and eyewitness is reliable and have enough facts to prove their works is real.
Although the film is lengthy and not ideal for those audience who are unable to understand.
2. Give at least 3 reasons why the artworks of Luna and Amorsolo are important in Philippine
History.
1. It is a remarkable painting wherein it is a tremendous interpretation of the
sociological situations in the Philippines.

3. It important to the formation Filipino national identity
