Managing Order fulfillment: Develop detailed processes, quality control measures, and
KPI’s for effective Fulfilment operations. Reduce fulfillment time from 17 weeks to one week
from order placement.
Drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement of the order management process
by coordinating between supply chain, operation team, sales team, and finance team.
Improve order tracking, Scheduling, Financial performance, delivery timing, follow up on
