Ans. Customer service basically states customer satisfaction , if I am providing customer service so
my main motive should customer be happy with my customer service that means I have
performed my job very well , in today’s scenario customer service is the most essential
department in any of the organization. If anyone has to run his business in long term so he has
to create goodwill with customers and that is possible only if all the customer problem , queries
or issues are sorted and for that customer service is the most important department .
Ans. Five of the essential skills required to be successful in a customer service role
are problem-solving, communication, empathy, decision-making, and the ability to
adapt to new situations.
Ans. The experinec was good as I learnt so many thing in that time period such as how stress
management as when the customer in coming in a bad mood and irriatated with the services so how to

efficient work flow system at 1 point 1 solution company and in jindalx too as a zomato
customer support executive.
Ans. Within three to five years, I hope to have moved on to a customer service
leadership position or managerial role within your organization. Since customer
service is a critical element for the success of each business, I would relish the
