The board/table demonstrates the amount of money needed for a cup of coffee in six different cities
in Australia in a four(five)-year period between 2010 and 2014.All cities followed a similar upward
trend while the coffee’s price in the city of Brisbane remained to be the same throughout the given
timeline.
After experienced(-ing) a rapid rise in price, a cup of coffee in Melbourne was worth $2.9, it
increased about 20.8% compared to 2010.Despite witnessed(-ing) the biggest growth among the
cities, Melbourne was only able to reach at the same price as Sydney in 2010, which in 2014 will rose
and reached at the price of $3,17, and still remained to be the city that have(has) the highest coffee’s
price. In contrast, Brisbane was the only city which coffee’s price didn’t (did not) grew (grow) in the
given period, while Canberra and Adelaine both witnessed (both slightly grew at) a similar rate, at
around 6,25% and 6,75% respectively. In the end, Canberra is still the city with the lowest cost for
coffee, and Sidney, in the opposite/however, remained to have the most expensive coffee.
