在正式调机前,建议先检查OpenGuide、驱动器 和 编码器的版本,确保各功能正常运作
Before tuning, it is recommended to check the versions of OpenGuide, drive, and encoder to ensure that all
functions can work properly.

4 设定 (Setting)
开启OpenGuide.exe後会预设为主画面
Set as default interface.
按下连线後,状态列会变绿色,并显示On-Line。另外会显示目前的包率(Baudrate)
After clicking “Connect”, the status bar turns green and displays “On-Line”. In addition, the current Baud rate is
shown.

5 软体升级(Software Update)
按选单的说明 -> 驱动器软体(DSP)更新
Click Help on the menu → Software(DSP) Update
按Open,选择升级档案後按下一步,开始检查烧录档案
Click Open, select the update file, and click Next to check the file.
档案检查成功後,确认下方烧录资讯无误,按下一步
Make sure the information below is correct, and click Next

6 显示 (View)
6.1 参数编辑 (Parameters)
从下拉式选单,可挑选参数属性,右边有对应的解释。
数值部份红色代表目前尚未读入参数,或者代表读取的参数备份与目前驱动器内的参数不同(见下列的开启或
储存参数备份)。
The Parameter Group can be selected from the drop-down menu, and the corresponding explanation is on the
right.
The value in red indicates that the corresponding parameter has not been read yet, or the parameter file just read is
different from the one in the current drive (see “Open/Save the Parameter Backup” below).

Individual coordinates can be selected in the properties tab on the right panel, the OpenGuide will adjust scale for
each channel.

toolbar.
8.3 频域分析
在示波器资料撷取完後,提供以下两种频域分析方法
After the scope capturing the data, the following two ways of frequency domain analysis are provided.
8.3.1 FFT
用滑鼠选取欲分析的资料范围後,点选单列的FFT

NDA Visible用途说明
使用者登陆后,NDA Visible若为"Invisible",表示没有NDA参数观看权限,即若当轴为NDA电机,将不
会于参数编辑(OpenGuide)显示NDA参数,也无法对NDA参数进行备份/还原
After the user login, if NDA Visible shows "Invisible", it means there is no NDA parameters permission.
That is, if the axis is an NDA motor, NDA parameters will not be displayed in 参数编辑(OpenGuide) and
NDA parameters cannot be backed up or restored.

按选单的说明 -> 驱动器软体(DSP)更新
Click Help on the menu → Software(DSP) Update
按Open,选择升级档案後按下一步,开始检查烧录档案
Click Open, select the update file, and click Next to check the file.
档案检查成功後,确认下方烧录资讯无误,按下一步
Make sure the information below is correct, and click Next

17.1 FFT
用滑鼠选取欲分析的资料范围後,点选单列的FFT
Select the area of data required analysis, and click FFT on the toolbar.
主画面会出现频率响应标签,X轴为频率,Y轴为强度。
右方可勾选为Log刻度或一般刻度(预设为Log刻度)、是否显示网格、允许缩放。
另外,滑鼠停留在图中资料点上,将会自动显示座标值。
Frequency tab shows on the main interface, with the horizontal axis representing frequency, the vertical axis
representing magnitude.
Log scale, grid display and zoom enable can be selected on the right.
In addition, the data value shows automatically when the mouse stays at the data point.
主画面会出现波德图标签,上图为振幅,下图为相位,横轴是频率(Log)
Bode Plot tab shows on the main interface, with the horizontal axis representing frequency (Log). The upper figure
is the magnitude plot, the lower one is the phase plot.
