    TV-100 Switch Board Face Plate Assembly (PRT5525)

    TOOLS REQUIRED: 2mm hex, 2.5mm hex, extended 2.5mm hex, 7/32" hex, 15 in-lb torque
    driver,
    Loctite 242
    TESTING REQUIRED: Service Checkout
    Follow rear and front case removal procedures.
    Locate the TV-100 Switch Board Face Plate Assembly on the front of the unit and
    remove the 4 flat head screws.
    Carefully pull the Switch Board Face Plate Assembly away from the unit and
    disconnect the Switch Board to Main Board Cable from the Switch Board Face Plate
    Assembly.
    Connect the new TV-100 Switch Board Face Plate Assembly to the Switch Board to
    Main Board Cable and put the Switch Board Face Plate Assembly into place.
    Secure the Switch Board Face Plate Assembly with 4 flat head screws. Apply 1 drop
    of Loctite 242 to the threads of the screws and torque to 15 in-lb.
    Reinstall the TV-100 front Case using 9 pan head screws. Torque the screws to 15
    in-lb.
    Reinstall the TV-100 Rear Case using 9 pan head screws. Torque the screws to 15
    in-lb.
    Reinstall the bracket on the back of the TV-100 using 4 screws. Apply 1 drop of
    Loctite 242 to the threads of the screws and torque the screws to 15 in-lb.
