TECHNICAL COORDINATORS & SR. TECHNICAL COORDINATORS

We are looking to hire Technical Coordinators & Sr. Technical Coordinators with 5+ & 10+ years of
GCC experience respectively, of working with main contractors, preferably in high-rise building
projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Managing the IFC documents from consultant - Follow up against schedules, technical
review, raise RFI's and issue to project team on time.
 Managing technical submissions by all sub-contractors - Kick-off meetings, follow-up against
schedules, technical review, obtain approvals from consultant and issue to project team on
time.
 Responsible for holding progress / technical meetings with all stakeholders.
 Prepare progress reports and other backup documentations for the Head Office Technical
Management Team.
 Provide technical contributions to innovation and technology.

QUALIFICATION

Graduation/Post Graduation in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

SKILLS

Well organized & efficient, with good communication skills.

Note: Construction industry experience will be preferred.
