For the longest time, I’ve always been getting asked what supple-
ments I took that took me to where I’m at now.
Let me tell you the truth… as a lifetime natural athlete, I can hon-
estly say that the journey IS more difficult.
I get it.
Think of them like the Ace up your sleeve, the hidden dagger.
...the journey can be WAY less bumpy and WAY more enjoyably
smooth…
And lets not forget some might even exceed our expectations and
QUICKEN our journey itself to our desired goal.

I’ve titled each chapter with what hidden powers each supple-
ment can give you, and gave it a chapter number, 11 for example.

The very first thing you need thats absolutely vital to get the
most out of your journey is REST and RECOVERY.
Allow me to explain...

Theres no doubt within my mind that Whey protein is probably
the most important bodybuilding supplement out there for pack-
ing on size and strength.
