TIME SCHEDULE
System will be fully implemented in 2-3 months’ timeline and detailed implementation plan will
be finalized after sign-off contract.

HR & Payroll – Product Cost 350,000/-
Tax 3% 10,500/-
Total Amount 360,500/-
Mobile App – ESS (If Required) 150,000/-
Tax 3% 4,500/-
Total Amount 154,500/-

Note:
• Above mentioned prices are inclusive of all Tax’s.
• HRIS Solution is for 350 Employees as per discussion
• Advance is non-refundable after installation
• TA/DA will be paid by the client from outside visit of Lahore.
• Cloud Hosting will be Rs. 5000/- per month if that would be required
Payment Terms
• 50% On Sign off contract
• Balance to be paid in two months equal installments

Post Implementation Support & Hosting:

Post implementation maintenance is carried out on annual basis, which will be 20% of contract
amount and is to be paid as per month installment.

• Implementation support includes Troubleshooting and minor changes.

Any major modifications resulting in change in data structures, processes, new reports and
enhancements will be charged separately. That includes addition of new modules/New Reports.
