Substation and switchgear, (USSG).

Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing company accounts .

• Identify and developing new businesses opportunities.
• Follow up all opportunities and increase the percentage to get the project.
• Upload opportunities status on BNC for management reviews.
• Review inquiry scope, standards, specifications, commercial terms, tender
documents and review the plan as offered to customer in bidding stage.
• Generate a commercial and technical offer matching with customer
requirements.
• Solve technical and commercial customer clarification to close order.
• Review purchase order prices, terms& conditions.
• Provide customer order acknowledgement for conclusions of order.
• Build an overall manufacturing plan for all project activities to make sure
meeting the contractual dates.
• Continuously follow up and monitor production status and materials status
during projects execution.
• Follow up the project’s commercial issues, milestones achieved and
collections.
• Conduct internal meetings with departments heads for orders overall status
follow up and highlights. Also, for internally updating the orders status.
• Finalizing the project and documenting the full history for records and future
reference.
• Coordinate for factory in-process and final acceptance tests and follow up
with customer till getting the release for shipment.
• Coordinate with customers to deliver the transformers as per scope.
• Coordinate with Services team to complete the site installation and T&C
activities.
