Dear Sir,
With reference to the above subject, we are placing our lowest offer for the
work.

SCOPE OF WORK: -

1. Airline support fabrication, erection & painting.

2. Bay-2 (east) wall grooving work.
3. compressor to Reservoir tank Airline pipe fabrication, erection & painting.
4. Base frame fabrication, fixing with anchor fastener & painting.
5. Shed structure fabrication, erection & painting.
6. Dismantling compressor -1 airline & drain line.
7. Comprossor-1 shifting & erection on the base frame -1.
8. Connecting airline, compressor -1 to reservoir tank.
9. Pressure bar testing.
10. Dismantling Comprossor-2 airline & drain line.
11. Comprossor-2 shifting & erection on the base frame-.
12. Connecting compressor-2 to airline.
13. Drain line Fabrication, erection & painting.
14. Shed Roof purlin erection & roof sheet fixing work.
15. Turbo Ventilator fixing work.
16. Gladding sheet fixing work.
17. Slide mesh- door fabrication, fixing and painting.
18. Dryer to Airline pipe, flange, valve replacement.
19. Direction Identification work for pipeline.
20. Cleaning and housekeeping.

Total Requirement of the work:

180 COMPROSSOR ERECTION = Rs. 951156.
(Rupees: Nine Lakh Fifty-one thousand one hundred and fifty-six)
Note: -
 Crane are in company scope, for compressor shifting & erection time.
 Tools and safety are contractor scope.
 Electrical dismantling and termination works are in customer scope.
 All electrical works are customer scope.
 All valves are in re-using material.

Terms and Condition: -

 GST 18% Extra.
 50% advance payment.
 Remaining 50% payment after completion.
