Scenario: You are leading the Job Analysis process for the organization. You have been working with the
HR team to develop the job analysis questionnaires, which are ready to roll out to all employees to
complete and supervisors to review. You have heard through the rumour mill that both employees and
supervisors are resistant to completing the questionnaires. The project is at risk of failing if the
questionnaires are not completed as required from the start.

QUESTION: What will you do to ensure that both employees and supervisors complete the job analysis
questionnaires?

a. Issue a memo that threatens disciplinary action if employees or supervisors don’t complete the
