INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT)

Available vacancy and opportunity to working with UiTM Private Education Sdn Bhd (known as INTEC
Education College). Candidates who qualify and meet the requirements set out to apply for this job
vacancy as follows:

Responsibilities:
• To contribute to learning, teaching and assessment by involvement as part of a team through
the delivery of courses through lectures, seminars, workshops, tutorials and other learning
situations.
• The design, preparation and development of teaching materials.
• The provision of high quality teaching and support for students learning.
• Participating in the quality enhancement of learning, teaching and assessment activities.
• Coordinate with teaching, technical and administrative staff as appropriate to ensure a quality
teaching and learning environment.
• Invigilation, assessment administration and attending progression review meetings or any
similar meetings.
• Participate in weekly meeting by area of expertise.
• Marking of internal assessments.
• Preparing and vetting internal assessments.
• To contribute to learning and teaching by involvement in adopting a reflective approach
towards the development of own practice.
• Giving effective advice, guidance and feedback to students to support their academic progress
and referring students to support services as appropriate.
• The management of own teaching and administrative activities.
• Be responsible for pastoral care students within a specified area.
• Act as personal tutor, giving first-line support and mentoring to students.
• Appreciate the needs of individual students and their circumstances.

Job requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Science
Computer with minimum of one-year experience in teaching of subject.
• Required and well knowing to teach JAVA, Phyton & C++.
• A strong knowledge of the subject area combined with a broad subject background enabling
contributions to teach programmes.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of computers and technology.
