Penne Pesto Pasta

Ingredients : Procedure :
 Fresh Basil 1. Put basil, garlic, and pine nuts in a food processor
 Garlic and pulse until coarsely chopped.
 Pine Nuts 2. Gradually add the olive oil and process until the
 Extra-virgin olive oil presto is smooth.
 Parmesan Cheese 3. Transfer the pesto to a large bowl and stir in the
 Salt & other seasoning cheese.
 Ground black pepper 4. Season with the salt and some pepper.
 Penne rigate or 5. Boil over high heat and salt it. Add the penne and
small tube pasta boil, stirring occasionally.
6. Drain a colander and save about ¼ cup of pasta
water.
7. Add the pasta to the bowl
8. Use tongs and toss.
Pasta Bake with Sausage
Ingredients : Procedure :
 Pasta 1. Boil the pasta.
 Olive oil 2. Cook sausage.
 Italian sausage 3. Make the sauce.
 Onion & garlic Pour tomato sauce, turn the heat down to
 Tomato sauce medium, and bring the meat-sauce to
 Parsley & Basil simmer, stir occasionally. Stir in Italian
 Salt & pepper seasoning, parmesan cheese, parsley &
basil. Season with salt & pepper. Turn
heat down to low and simmer.
4. Add the pasta
Fettuccine Alfredo
Ingredients : Procedure :

 Fettuccine pasta 1. Boil pasta


 Butter 2. Heat butter, add garlic and cook. Stir in
 Garlic heavy cream.
 Heavy cream 3. Add parmesan cheese, mix until smooth.
 Salt & pepper 4. Save pasta water.
 Parmesan cheese 5. Toss alfredo sauce with Fettucinne pasta and
add parmesan cheese.
 Italian parsley (optional)
 6. Add a little pasta water if it needs to be
thinned out
7. Garnish with Italian parsley.
Spaghetti
Ingredients : Procedure :
 Pasta 1. Boil pasta
 Ketchup 2. Saute garlic & onion
 Tomato sauce 3. Put-in the ground meat at let cook
 Tomato paste 4. Add the hotdogs
 Garlic 5. Put-in tomato sauce, keychup, tomato
 Ground meat paste and brown sugar, then simmer
 Hotdogs 6. Place the sauce on the top of the
 Brown sugar cooked noodles and add some cheese.
 Onion 7. Serve hot. Enjoy !

Farfalle Pasta with Mushroom Rose Sauce
Ingredients : Procedure :
 Farfalle pasta 1. Cook pasta
 Olive oil 2. Saute mushroom
 Onion & Garlic 3. Heat olive oil, add onions saute until soft.
 Mushroom Add mushroom and saute until they start
 Italian seasoning to soften. Add garkic, ilatian seasoning
 Salt & Pepper blend, salt and pepper. Stir to combine
 Tomato puree and continue to saute.
 Half & half cream 4. Make rose sauce.
 Parmesan cheese Add tomato puree and bring to boil.
Simmer. Toss with pasta
Chicken Penne Pasta
Ingredients : Procedure :

 Chicken Breast 1. Boil pasta


 Salt & Pepper 2. Season with salt and pepper the chicken.
 Vegetable oil Heat oiln, add chicken and sear until golden
brown.

3. Slice chicken.
 Butter
4. Make the creamy sauce. Add butter and garlic
 Garlic saute until frangrant. Add flour and cook until
 All-purpose flour thickened into paste. Add heavy cream,
 Heavy cream chicken broth and parmesan cheese. Bring
 Chicken broth sauce to simmer.
 Parmesan Cheese 5. Toss in chicken. Add the chicken and pasta
 Fresh parsley and toss well to coat.
6. Garnish and serve
Lemon Garlic Pasta
Ingredients : Procedure :
 Dried spaghetti 1. Boil pasta
 Olive oil 2. Heat olive oil and butter. Add minced
 Butter garlic and red pepper flakes; cook and stir
 Garlic 3. Drained pasta, set skillet with the garlic
 Crushed red pepper mixture over medium heat. Add pasta
flakes and ¼ pasta water; toss to coat.
 Lemon juice & zest 4. Remove pasta from heat and stir in lemon
 Parsley zest & juice, and parsley. Season to taste.

Cheesy Tortellini and Sausage Bake
Ingredients : Procedure :
 Tortellini 1. Cook the tortellini
 Italian sausage 2. Cook the sausage
 Tomato sauce 3. Add the sauce. Add onions and saute until tender.
 Olive oil Stir well to combine. Add in tomato sauce,
 Onions parsley, salt and pepper. Stir well to mix and bring
 Fresh parsley toa simmer.
 Salt & pepper 4. Combine and add cheese.
 Cheese 5. Bake. Transfer into a 350F preheated over and
 bake for 10-12 minutes
6. Serve : garnish with extra parsley & parmesan

 Ground beef 1. Heat large skillet, brown the ground beef,

 Spices : paprika, pepper.

Ingredients : Procedure :
 Lasagna noodles 1. Preheat oven to 375
 Olive oil 2. Boil lasagna noodles
 Gorund beef 3. Heat oil, cook ground beef.
 Garlic 4. Add oregano and cook, season with salt & pepper,
 Dried oregano then and marinara and stir until warmed through.
 Salt 5. Combine ricotta, parmesan, parsley and egg in a
 Gorund black pepper large mixing bowl, season with salt & pepper. Set

 Whole milk ricotta 6. Evenly spread a quarter of the meat sauce, then
 Permesan top with a single layer of lasagna noodles, a layer of

 Eggs & egg yolks 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs,
 Grated pecorino yolks, pecorino and parmesan. Season with a

 Grated parmesan 3. Heat oil, add pork and saute until fat just

 Pasta 1. Cook pasta
 Beef 2. Heat oil, saute garlic & onion
 Thyme 3. Brown the beef
 Bay leaves 4. Add anything else, give a good stir then simmer.

 Fettuccine pasta 1. Cook fettuccine
 Salt & garlic 2. Make the creamy shrimp alfredo sauce ;
 Olive oil heat olive oil. Add shrimp and cook. Add

Ingredients : Procedure :
 Pasta 1. Cook pasta
 Olive oil 2. Toss with remaining ingredients; transfer into a mixng
 Basil pesto bowl and add pesto, mascarpone cheese, lemon juice
 Mascarpone and pasta water. Stir in cherry tomatoes, and season
cheese with salt and pepper.
