Manufacturer's Warranty: Provide written warranty, signed by Manufacturer and Installer, and

countersigned by Contractor agreeing to furnish replacement sheet vapor retarder/termite barrier

material and accessories for sheet vapor retarder/ termite barrier and accessories that do not comply
with requirements or that fail to resist penetration by termites within specified warranty period.
Warranty includes responsibility for removing and replacing construction and other work that conceals
sheet, and for repairing related damages. Warranty Period: 10 years from date of Substantial
Completion.
