Annual acquisition of up-to-date printed books to support users need.

Subscription on any research databases (Ebsco, Elsevier, etc.)

Annual subscription to printed magazines and journals (CMO no.22, series of
2021, section 4, b7)
C. Budget
1. Financial allocation for personnel development such as trainings, seminars
and workshops.
2. Financial allocation for library activities/programs such as benchmarking,
outreach programs and alike.
D. Service and Use
1. Television monitor
To be use as digital bulletin to promote library sources and services. For
current awareness of the users. (CMO no.22, series of 2021, section 5, d)
2. Barcode scanner
For faster transaction on circulation area and inventory process.
 E. Physical Set up
1. Adequate space for the library collection and reading area. Reading area
should accommodate at least five percent (5%) of total on-site users. (CMO
no.22, series of 2021, section 6, a)
2. Reading carrels for individual users.
3. Circulation Counter.
4. Proper ventilation. (CMO no.22, series of 2021, section 6, e)
Additional air-condition unit for the office of Library Director and Digital
Section Area.
5. Emergency lights
Installation of emergency light in case of power interruptions. (CMO no.22,
series of 2021, section 6, h)
F. Technology
1. Upgraded computer set for digital section.
2. Additional computer for Online Access Public Catalog (OPAC), located at the
book collection area. (CMO no.22, series of 2021, section 5, b)
3. Additional feature in Digital Library
Inventory module through the Digital Library for faster and smooth inventory
process.
