Laguna University strengthens its commitment to providing quality education that is transformative,
adaptable, and contextualized. To realize this, the institution maintains adherence to the guidance
provided by the Commission of Higher Education and the Republic of the Philippines. In relation with
this, revisions of the Physical Education curriculum are in its implementation targeting better
achievement of target competencies.

The Physical Education curriculum moves focus to Physical Activities Toward Health and Fitness
(PATHFit) which structures skills and competencies towards the holistic enhancement of the learners’
physical well-being and other related principles. Anent this, we are respectfully requesting to be
permitted to use Laguna University Multi-Purpose Gymnasium for the duration of the semester from
_______ to _______ 2023 to serve as main hands-on learning space for the PE-PATHFit subjects.

If approved, this shall provide heightened opportunities for our learners to attain not only excellence in
their academic responsibilities but also development of their holistic selves.
