Good day!

I am writing to inform your good office that the second (2nd) year criminology students will have their
actual combat shooting this coming April 24-28, 2023 in PHQ - Pigcarangan, Tubod, Lanao del Norte. The
purpose of this activity is to gain a fair amount of knowledge, skills and experience to become a successful
criminologist and their chosen field of profession in the near future.

In line with this, I am requesting the presence of P/LT. TEODULO B PROCIANOS (Retired), PSSG
LYNDON BRYAN B PIDO and PCMS JOSE JAY G ESCAMILLAN to be the range officer during the actual
activity.

Furthermore, the said activity will have a contribution of ₱500.00 and the following are the breakdown
expenses;
1. Stipend for Range Officer (3) – 25 pesos per students (60)
2. Cartridge (10) - 20 per round (200)
3. Rental fee for the Firearms (3) - 20 pesos per students (60)
4. Token for the Provincial Director - 20 pesos per students
5. Shooting Range - 20 pesos per students
6. Foods for the Range Officer - 12,500 for 5 days
7. Target Board - 20 pesos per students
8. Gasoline (BUS) - 15 pesos per students
9. Additional expenses if any - 4,000

i. WORX PAPER (8.5x13”) – 1,700
ii. Ink for printer (1 set) - 1,000
iii. Certificate holder (3 pcs) - 200
iv. Envelope (10 pcs) - 10
v. Gasoline for Instructor (2) - 1,000 (5 days)
