Dear Customer,
Safran Nacelles has developed a comprehensive service package in order to provide advanced
repair engineering services to our customers.
Operational constraints, specific environmental conditions, targeted dispatch rates, and other
operator’s parameters, are driving a need for customized repair services solutions to optimize the
support to operator’s revenue flights.
This Services Catalogue intends to describe Safran Nacelles’ Customer Maintenance & Repair
Engineering Services.
The Customer Maintenance & Repair Engineering Services Catalogue shall be applicable from
July 1st, 2021.
Note:
- Repair Category A: Permanent Repair with no additional requirements.
- Repair Category B: Permanent Repair with Inspection required.
- Repair Category C: Temporary or life limited repair.
Services availability
The Repair Engineering services described in this letter are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week.
All requests shall be addressed to Safran Nacelles’ Customer Support & Services Centre (CSC).
