Subject: Customer Maintenance & Repair Engineering Services Catalogue

Dear Customer,

Safran Nacelles has developed a comprehensive service package in order to provide advanced
repair engineering services to our customers.

Operational constraints, specific environmental conditions, targeted dispatch rates, and other
operator’s parameters, are driving a need for customized repair services solutions to optimize the
support to operator’s revenue flights.

This Services Catalogue intends to describe Safran Nacelles’ Customer Maintenance & Repair
Engineering Services.

The Customer Maintenance & Repair Engineering Services Catalogue shall be applicable from
July 1st, 2021.

Customized Service Policy


Depending on the performance required by our customer to deliver the repair & engineering work,
the following range of services are available:

Confirmed AOG Fly On Free Of Charge  No purchase order required. Lead
(RAS for a Temporary or life (FOC) time as agreed, depending on the
limited repair - Repair next scheduled flight
Category C)
Critical case 3,900 USD  Less or equal to 4 calendar days
Expedite case 1,250 USD  More or equal to 5 calendar day and
less or equal to 14 business days
 Business days are from Monday to
Friday
Routine case Free Of Charge  More or equal to 15 business days
(FOC)  Business days are from Monday to
Friday

For sake of Clarity:
- Final disposition (Permanent Repair – Repair Category A & B and replacement procedure)
associated to an AOG Fly On case (RAS for a Temporary or life limited repair - Repair
Category C) will be charged at 3,900 USD,
- Final disposition (Permanent Repair – Repair Category A & B, Temporary or life limited
repair - Repair Category C and replacement procedure) associated to critical and expedite
cases will be charged according to lead time requested,
- Revision of a previous Safran Nacelles repair, fly-on or replacement procedure will be
charged at 1,250 USD,
- Request dealing with an existing repair unknown to Safran Nacelles will be charged on
quote.
- For a third party MRO shop, each cases will be charged at 1,250 USD whatever the
requested date except the cases requested in less or equal than 4 calendars days which
will be charged at 3,900 USD.

Note:
- Repair Category A: Permanent Repair with no additional requirements.
- Repair Category B: Permanent Repair with Inspection required.
- Repair Category C: Temporary or life limited repair.

Services availability
The Repair Engineering services described in this letter are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week.

All requests shall be addressed to Safran Nacelles’ Customer Support & Services Centre (CSC).
