**We are calling because we work with a lot of multifamily investors, and I was just curious to
ask if you had any interest in selling it for the right price?
BEFORE I GO ON FURTHER, MAY I ASK WHY MIGHT YOU CONSIDER SELLING YOUR

So what I need to do, is just ask a few basic questions about the property so we can have a
better feel for it, and from there we can come up with an accurate value.
FIRST OFF, can you tell me a little bit about the general condition of the property? Have you
done any major repairs such as roof, electrical, plumbing, or unit upgrades?
Perfect! Are there any deferred maintenance items, that would be in need of repairs?
