Collection of data from all Team members

Project Summery and Outline:

The aim of project is to collect US lead’s names and their specific project’s names given by the client to
all employees of my current team members which is 96 for now withing 5 working days and uploading it
on share point. Because now a days many complaints are coming from client’s side that some are not
working properly ,to avoid such cases and monitor employees closely the data is needed.

SMART criteria :
Specific : Collect US lead’s names and their specific project’s names given by the client to all
employees of my current team members

Measurable : Data collection of 96 employees

Attainable : As I have 5 days time for 96 people it is quite attainable
Relevant : This is directly related to company’s reputation as this data will help management to closely
monitor the employees

Time-Bound : I have to complete the work within 5 days

Deliverables :
 1.In share point filling the column US Lead name with respective Lead’s names for all employees
 2.In share point filling the column Project name with respective Project names for all employees
 3.Completing the report with other data like name of employee, Id, Date of joining,
Specialization etc. and uploading in share point

Success Criteria :
 The report should be completed within given timeline with all the required data
 The report should be uploaded to share point after completion
