Introduction:

Our plan is to collect data related to their individual projects and also train them on their
respective work. So that management can reduce the complaints come from client by
sensitizing and tracking their performances withing 3 months

Goals of Project

SMART: Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Relevant, and Time-bound

● Create internal training plans for the support team so they can meet the expectations
of the client
● Track performance
Deliverables

● Training 100% of staff within 2 months

● Getting feed back from client using google form after 2 months and compare them with
those before training
● After 2 months give training to those who did not performed well
Business Case / Background

This will enable company to support the growing base of customers, make the revenue
streams more efficient and to ensure the team provide excellent service to our
clients.
