FOR INSURING THE PRESENCE OF REPONDENTS NO. 12, 17, 18, 24,
29, 32, 35, 41 to 45.

Respectfully Sheweth: -
That the Deputy Registrar has directed to submit the correct address of Respondents No.
12, 17, 18, 24, 29, 32, 35, 41 to 45.

1. That the petitioner has already provided the address of the above mentioned respondents
to the court.

2. That the petitioner has no knowledge of any other addresses of the respondents.

3. That the respondents are females and married, and the petitioner has no knowledge of
their new addresses.

4. That the petitioner has tried every possible way of finding the addresses of the
respondents.

5. That the petitioner does not have any other way left of finding the current addresses of
the respondents, except for the already provided addresses. Despite best efforts, new
addresses of the respondents could not be ascertained.

It is therefore humbly prayed that upon acceptance of the instant application an

appropriate method for service of the respondents may graciously be adopted to serve
them accordingly.
