The meeting was called to order at exactly 9:am o’clock in the morning that formally open the
and followed by singing national anthem. Before the meeting purpose started, roll call of the barangay
secretary was made to be sure that all members are present the meeting declared in quorum by the
punong barangay HON. JHUN S. MARUHOM to open the meeting and duly seconded by all members.

The New Business:

1. Vaccination at the age of 10 yrs. old up to 17 yrs. old.

Hon. Jhun S. Maruhom presiding officer, explain through his council and members that we had
on vaccination at age 10 yrs. old up to 17 yrs. old. And then we have to disseminate through our parents
on that case so that the parent be ready and tell their children about a vaccination especially they are
student at the age of 10 up to 17 yrs. old.

The council and members will be approved the meeting of the presiding officer

and we need to help our DOH for a preventing of virus especially we are facing the pandemic.

Since there is no other business, the meeting is adjourned.
